Bullying in School
When we’re young we’re told that bullying is wrong. We’re shown videos of kids being pushed into lockers or shoved around on the playground, after which another kid comes and stands with the bullied child. As much as schools and people would like to think, that’s not how bullying works in real life, especially in schools. Yes, kids can be pushed and tripped, but bullying has grown into something more. Bullying has turned into name calling, fake rumors, things that you can’t see. Bullying is still around, it’s happened to me, and it still continues today. I’ve been mocked for hanging out with boys, being a “teacher’s pet,” and even answering questions in class.
