Lori Anne Lambert Jolley
A memorial service celebrating and remembering the life of Lori Anne Lambert Jolley was 6 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2020 in the chapel at DeLozier Funeral Service.
Lori passed away on Saturday, Dec. 26, 2020 in Claremore. She was 60.
Born on February 12, 1960 in Bartlesville, Okla. to Jim and Sharon (Aymer) Lambert, Lori grew up in Collinsville and finished her education in Oologah. Lori not only played basketball while attending Oologah Public Schools but met her long-time partner in crime, Jack Jolley. The two of them ventured off to Alaska to pipeline and pan for gold.
When Lori returned to Oklahoma, she became a mother and opened a business, Claremore Flowers, with her mother, Sharon. Lori studied floral design abroad in London and would be considered a master florist. Anything that she would create would always seem to turn to gold. This only enhanced her ability to create floral designs that were one of a kind.
Lori loved the outdoors and anything that could be done there. She was an avid gardener, raised and caught any type of critter and would spend special time with her grandchildren exploring and rock hunting. She was a professional prankster and took joy in getting a good laugh out of her antics. Lori had a brilliant eye for beauty and hands to make it happen. She painted, made jewelry, gardened and could whip up delicious masterpieces in the kitchen. She was a true artist.
Lori is survived by her life partner, Jack Jolley, daughters, Amber and Anna Jolley, her most treasured grandchildren, Lilly and Tessa Sweet, Rowan and Griffyn Moyer, siblings, Lon Lambert and wife, Pamm, Brad Lambert and wife, Joy and Amy Weaver, as well as many other friends and family. Lori was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
