Johnston Heating & Air still in business
To paraphrase humorist Mark Twain, the reports of Bill Johnston’s exit were greatly exaggerated.
Last fall, Johnston had made arrangements to turn his business – Johnston Heat & Air – over to another gentleman, but fate had other plans.
“There was a man who bought me out last October, but he never really took over the business, and in December, he basically gave it back to me,” Johnston said, “so, I’m still here, I’m still in business – I was never really out of business.”
Johnston, a longtime Oologah resident, has been in business since 1980, specializing in air conditioning service and repair, air duct cleaning, equipment replacement, and more – something, he wants those who assumed he was no longer in business to be aware of.
“A lot of people thought I was out of business, but that’s not the case,” he said. “I’m still here and still ready to help people in the Oologah, Talala, or outlying areas.”
Johnston said he’s helped clients within the town’s limits, but also has done work in Sapulpa, Broken Arrow, and Tulsa.
“I grew up in Oologah and have lived here my whole life,” he said. “Right now, I’m just trying to reconnect with people to let them know I’m still here, I’m still in business, and I’m still ready to help them with their heat and air needs.”
Johnston Heating & Air is located at 5300 E. 2377 Road in Talala. For more information, contact Johnston at 918-638-4736.
